Booked a trip in advance for a midnight pickup, ride confirmation stated pick up would be the following afternoon! I cancelled my trip immediately as I wasn’t going to wait outside all night for a ride! I was never refunded, I’ve contacted customer service and they’re absolutely useless. Save yourself issues and don’t bother! Get taxi instead.

I called and complained to customer service - after the representative laughed at me, they would not allow me to speak to a superior.

I can’t enter my phone number as the keyboard screen won’t disappear to allow me to click ‘agree to terms and conditions’ to proceed. Stuck!

人在DT最繁华的街上，不是什么特殊的时间，周围有十多辆车，去的目的地也不是什么偏远山区（甚至可以说是来单圣地），硬是等了半个小时都没司机接单。你们鼓吹自己合法，给乘客提供保险都没问题，但你们注意到上述的优势只是基于服务的附加优势没有？真正的优势是乘客能否快速得到应有的服务。这样的服务怎么能可持续的发展自己的业务？

Followed the password rules and it won’t let me create an account saying that the password format is invalid.

There is no way to pause the slides. I have a neurological disability and can't use the app with the slides moving constantly.

I’m on vacation in VICTORIA from the CARIBBEAN and the app won’t let me register with my phone number. Might be a big but it’s preventing you from getting my business and $$. Please look into this asap.
Terrible ads notification
I downloaded this app to prepare for my trip to Canada. However, it frequently sends me unnecessary ad alerts all the time. There’s no way I can see to opt out of receiving ad alerts. My trip to Canada hasn’t even begun and I’ve decided to delete the app. Very annoying useless notifications.

missed multiple important errands because of these unprofessional goof balls. I contacted Consumer Protection BC hope this illegal ride sharing app will be dealt with soon with hefty fines

Messed up system
Ive missed so many important schedules because of this app. If the drivers are gonna take 20min to get to my location, then please don’t pick up my order. Especially when I have to pay cancellation fee when it’s clearly their fault. Kabu should make a policy on this if they want more people using the app.
