Kaiber has the best support of any app you will download.
When you email Kaiber they respond and solve what ever the problem is. If you prompts need a different result they will guide you through a new workflow that gets you there. I don’t often need tech support, but when I raise an issue with Kaiber support they offer unique help, they have the energy of a startup by with the knowledge of total support.

It did not generate anything I asked of it. Motion was very minimal

Can’t even try this app. Keeps saying “Something went wrong” when I try to look at previews. Seems very bodgey!
Waste of time waste of money
Downloaded and spent £5 on 300 credits. 2 failed prompts later costing 80 credits and I give up.. does nothing like what was asked.

Hello,
I’m experiencing a bug with the preview generation. The application successfully generates the preview image, but the animation remains completely static and does not move.
It looks like the rendering starts but the motion or video layer never plays. I have tried restarting the app and generating again, but the issue persists.
Could you please look into this issue or let me know if there is a workaround?

Needs a lot of work
I have worked with other AI websites and this one even though more affordable it still has a lot of issues with prompts. I have tried 2 different style of videos form an image and can not get the video to look right

Not worth it
First…. Know that you will spend money on “credits” to make content that has a GIANT watermark over it. You will then have to pay much more to have it removed.
Second, and although the watermark makes it harder to proof the work completely, the quality of the videos is subpar

They have a nice product that generates quality AI scenes. The thing I hate is they are a multi million dollar company and they create an app half the size of an iPhone. They’re just being lazy. Make something that fills the screen.
Subscription scam
Thousands of people trying new AI technologies every day. I’ve submitted for a trial and forgot to cancel the subscription. Basically spend 15 minutes and paid 30$. My request for refund hasn’t been processed. I’ve made research and it looks there are a lot of people in my situation, and Kaiber just making money on people like you and me.

Utter failure
You guys are going to go bankrupt if you don’t allow us to simply create an account and verify our own email on our phone. Right now, the actual website is entirely pc only, so good luck creating your account without a computer.
