자전거 구역 무슨기준으로 처 나누는지도모르겠고 한발짝만 바깥으로 가서 주차하면 거기 자전거 대는비용으로만 2만원을 처~ 씨팔 내란다
우버가 아직도 안되는 서울
아직도 멀었음... 중간에 도착지 변경도 안됨. 도착예정시간도 부정확하고 택시들 냄새 및 불친절 심각.
對外國人來說不方便
在去韓國之前查說用當地app比uber taxi還好用，但結果因為每次地址搜尋或是複製貼上都很難用，我們的飯店工作人員親切幫我們用他自己的帳號叫車，比且告知我們要付的金額，但是抵達目的地卻比我們被告知金額多出2300韓元，雖然不是負擔不起，對於這種不誠實行徑讓我們旅程覺得很掃興，而且不只一台司機這樣。感覺此app對於負評司機應該管理一下

The staff of hotel is very kind to help us use his own account to call the taxi and the fee even showed on the app. The staff informed us that fee that we should pay. But the dishonest driver asked us to pay more which showed on this meters. And not only this driver! These bad experiences made our trip in Korea awful…. I think this app should manage these kind of bad drivers.

맨날 기사님들 도착 2,3분전이라 뜨고 10분넘게 기다린게 한두번이 아니에요 제시간에 도착한적도 없고 몇분뒤 기사님 도착한다는 기능이 쓸데가 없습니다 오히려 너 화나게 해요

Good for foreigners
This app works really well for taxis. I use the k.ride one for foreigners. It’s extremely easy and I’ve had no problem with payments or overcharges. It works well for e-bikes too.
최악의 앱
택시 위치 시간 정확한게 하나도 없음. 덕분에 중요한 약속 15분 늦음. 택시 기다리느라.
쓸수록 최악임
1. 혜택도 없으면서 vip 등급은 왜있는건지? 우버처럼 승객 별점이 기사한테 보인다거나, 아니면 유효기간이 짧은 포인트라도 주던지 이건 그냥 고객 기만 아닌가요? 누가 기획한 정책인지 모르겠으나 진짜 쓸모없음.
2. 기사는 개나소나 할 수 있는건가요? 택시 잡으면서 온갖 불쾌한 경험이 가능합니다.
왜 꼭 탑승하고 목적지까지 도착한 기사만 평가할 수 있나요? 일단 콜이 잡혔다면 그 기사에 대해서도 평가할 수 있어야한다고 생각합니다. 다짜고짜 전화 걸어서 자기는 취소 못하겠으니 취소하라는 기사도 있고요, 반강제로 다른 택시는 불러야하니 취소라도 하는 경우엔 그 기사는 평가할 수가 없습니다.
3. 왜 블루는 다음날 예약 안되는지? 개불편함

Bike map causes app to freeze
I just bought a bike pass but cannot use it because every time I open the bike map, the app locks up.

It took me a while to realize that every time I used the bikes, I was being charged multiple times. I used them about 15 times and ended up with 71 transactions, plus the tax. I always used taxis, and everything was fine until an old guy charged me extra, on top of what the app showed. He charged me twice, and I got so angry because he started saying it was a long way, etc., which it really wasn't; it was only a 10-minute bus ride. But since I'd missed it, I decided to take a taxi. They have no consideration for foreigners; they just kept ripping me off with this app. And while not all the drivers are like that, they're all degenerates, charging extra on top of what the app shows.

왜 자꾸 멀찍이 있는 택시를 잡아주나요
배차 시스템이 어떻게 되어있는진 모르겠는데요. 자꾸 택시를 5분이상 거리에 있는 차를 잡아주시니까 너무 답답합니다. 8분거리 차 배차 잡히고 바로 제앞에 카카오택시 지나가는것도 봤어요..ㅋㅋ
기사님들은 취소해달라고 연락하시고 취소 패널티는 온전히 소비자한테만 가고.. 조금만 써봐도 느낄만한 문젠데 여기는 QA가 아예 없나보네요

먼길, 오래걸리는길
30분이면 갈 길을 1시간넘게 걸려가서 시간도 돈도 낭비했네요. 2026년 개나 소나 있는 실시간 교통 반영 네비는 뒀다 언제쓰려고 그러는가 모르겠네요. 이렇게해서 돈 더 벌면 모를줄아는듯. 어플 갈아탑니다.
Terrible user experience and confusing GUI
If I could I would not use kakao T. The option to call a venti cab disappears for no reason and only the option to book in 30 minutes shows up.
Cannot easily confirm the address I am going to. Hate this app. Would use UBER or Lyft if possible.

호출취소 버튼을 좀 바로 보이게 만들어주세요 무슨 나 찾아봐라 하는식 마냥 아주 꼭꼭 잘 숨기셨네요? 덕분에 취소 버튼 찾는데 10분 걸렸습니다 제 시간 잡아먹어주셔서 아주 감사하고요 앞으로 다시 쓸 일 없을것 같네요

У меня негативный опыт использования приложения. Оказалось абсолютно бесполезным за пределами Сеула. В принципе ничего не находило, никакое такси, ничего не загружало. С заказом такси на горнолыжном курорте были большие проблемы.

登録できない
1年以上使わなかったせいなのか、アップデートの影響なのか「カカオアカウントではじめる」を押して携帯番号を入れてると韓国の携帯会社しか選べず、そのまま進んでいくと「国民番号」の入力になるので、これはそもそも日本人は登録できない仕様になってしまったのでしょうか？
