Scammers and fraud
This app is a absolute fraud app i ordered something very expensive from their app for my sister but my sister wanted to exchange it.. but they didnot update their order section so i could have returned it but i tried to connect with them after 5 days then they said now the time is over for exchange and return.i tried to communicate with them again and again but i got the same response everytime.. worst customer service ever

This is the worst app I have ever come across.. their customer care team do not own their own mistake and try to blame you for everything. I donât know why this brand got so much hype they send defective products and deny for any exchange and return.

Had bought a sari for an event, delivery timeline was shown as Monday. The sari did not get shipped even till Friday. All this while their customer service team will keep making false promises of delivery. Eventually the order was cancelled at my request. You are better off buying their products on Myntra.

I ordered a blouse and was really excited for it but then when I tried it on, it did not fit. So I raised a request but the support team is not helpful at all and refused to help. They have such an expensive collection but no return or even an exchange policy. How petty would a brand like Kalki have to be to not have an exchange policy for clothing worth lakhs

App user experience is bad. They donât deliver on time. Sizing charts are way off. Sales team assure you things but donât fulfill them. Even return request takes days to get picked up.

I placed an order of a saree which was new in stock and it was supposed to be delivered in two days and it was a prepaid order. Next day some dumb lady texted me saying that the saree has some issue and canât be shipped so I told her just send me another piece she is like itâs just one in stock. The amazing thing is as I checked on their website they doubled the price of same saree due to increase demand. Then this lady is giving me a lame excuse that I will have to wait for 25 days if I want same product can you imagine ? How irresponsible is that ? And they are selling same saree at twice the price and asking me to wait for 25 days or cancel the order. Such fraud businesses should never be trusted. I am never gonna place any order from them again. Such a waste of time.

Do not order
They take your order when they do not have stock of the product. Then when they are unable to deliver they ask you to come to their physical store to pick an item. The order was supposed to be delivered today,but there is no sign of the order and no human being to talk to on the phone. Pathetic experience. Do not order from them as they are unreliable.

I had contacted their team thrice for an early delivery but they did not ship the product even after promising me that the parcel will be delivered on the 20th. It is the 24th today and the order is nit even in transit right now.

After several email or call, they started claiming that I had returned the item in used condition. After that they are just putting me in circles and not responding at all! They made a false claim
