Pathetic

Ordered 2 kurta set, supposed to be delivered within 2 days, I still waited for 4 days and when there was no update of the shipment, I tried to call the customer support, nobody on the given number picks up the calls and trying through many ways including email, I found a whatsapp chat, there one person replied after hours of trying that the kurta set I ordered is not available hence I should find something else, angrily i asked the person to cancel my order and refund the amount and reply to came after an hour that this query has been sent ahead and now its been 5 days no refund has been processed and nobody again replying, this time not even on whatsapp. My money is stuck with them and I don’t know how to connect with them, they do not even reply the emails.

If you want to shop, go to their store and shop, because this company clearly don’t know to handle online orders. Highly unprofessional and irritating!

Horrible brand

I paid for a preorder in mid July and the outfit was to be delivered by third week of August. I kept following up but till date neither has the order been delivered nor have they refunded the payment! A very frequent issue with preorders at Kalki! Extremely unprofessional and horrible customer service! They don’t bother to reply to messages or emails! Just the standard replies saying we will get back n then no one does!

Worst app

This is the worst app I have ever come across.. their customer care team do not own their own mistake and try to blame you for everything. I don’t know why this brand got so much hype they send defective products and deny for any exchange and return.
