A Well Designed Flash Card App
If you think back how you learned your native language, you might remember learning the alphabet in Kindergarten or even Pre-K. The alphabet might have been taped up around the classroom as it was for me. Seeing and sounding out the letters or singing an alphabet song. Later in First and Second grade, you might have used flash cards to cement your learning of the alphabet.
That is what this app is. It is a very well designed flash card app that helps Japanese learners memorize and become familiar with the Hiragana and Katakana syllabaries.

An excellent study aid
Easy to use and fun
I was surprised this was actually free
No annoying ads, it allows you to adjust your study material based on categories you want to study at once. It even keeps track of how fast you remember characters! Better than a Quizlet or the websites I’ve found. Writing the characters more and more accurately while trying to figure out what they say has led to fast improvement with this app.
