Kanban Board Needs Work
I really appreciate the UI and simplicity of this app when making tasks for many different things. It allows you to sort all your tasks with tags, folders, and categories. I find that having to add tasks to a folder after making them outside of the folder is inconvenient, especially when I’m trying to make a folder for programming projects or school work.
The biggest flaw to me though is that the Kanban Board just isn’t intuitive when making custom areas to put tasks in. I want to be able to make a task and have it go in the starting category I make. For example, “Brainstorm Project Ideas” would go in “to-do” and not “uncategorized.” I also would love the tasks to go the next category, for example “Clean Up styles.css” in “almost done,” instead of just getting a strike-through and staying in that category when checked.
Overall it’s a really great app for task management, but the whole reason I got this app was for keeping up with tasks mainly with the Kanban board. I would recommend!

Didn’t last 2 minutes
Downloaded, opened it, looked around, try to add something, deleted it. Elapsed time about 3 minutes total. This app has lots of overlapping features, and no obvious method for how you might use it. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Use a todo list app written by people who want to help you do things instead.

Sync issues in an otherwise beautiful app
Almost perfect design-wise, when it works it does exactly what I need and is a great native app across all platforms, with features like widgets, control center controls, a timeline view and limitless options for customising attributes to fit all types if projects. Unfortunately I’ve had significant sync issues, especially on the Mac, where tasks simply never show up. I’ve tried using a Doneit-only database and also syncing with reminders but the issue persists, and on a couple of occasions I lost the contents of whole projects, including what would otherwise have been safe in Reminders. My most common use case is adding tasks while offline on my phone (public transit, underground) as I do a lot of my planning for the day during my commute and then not having the work I’ve done sync back to my Mac after. I look forward to coming back to this app when the reliability of sync improves as it really is very well designed.

AI features
Hi there. How can I use AI features? I don’t see any button on toolbar.
More than I need but…
I’ve had this app for a few months now and didn’t consistently use it due to it not being feature specific for my needs. However, I looked beyond it being more capable than what I was looking for and treated it like any other product and focused on my requirements since it is designed to be used in this manner. I’m pleased with it just as much as I am with their other app Accountit.

Everything’s okay, except Chinese translations
The translation quality in the app is significantly impacting the user experience. I would appreciate it if you would consider either improving the translations (perhaps by integrating a more advanced AI like GPT) or providing an option to switch the app's language to English. Thank you for considering this feedback.

Sharing options are not working for me. I shared with someone else but they can’t see any category…

Kanban means “moving tasks as cards on a board through defined phases.” This software cannot do that—and if it can, the GUI is useless. In the 21st century, software should be intuitive to use. And anyone who calls themselves Kanban should deliver Kanban. Too bad...

Massive UI issues
The basic idea is nice, however implementation is far from perfect. Many fields are right aligned. Cannot close some of dialogues using ESC key. Not possible to change order by simple drag and drop. Support does not respond to reports.
Definitely cannot recommend the current version. Hope it will be improved in the future.
At the moment the application seems to be abandonware. Not a single update in months despite the massive bugs, shortcomings and issues that were reported. There is only option to send them email - no GitHub issue tracker, forum or similar way to report and track progress.

Kanban features don’t work on free app
The free version of this app is essentially useless. There are many other free versions that will not prompt me to pay for them whenever I want to do anything. Uninstalled immediately.

Синхронизация не работает
Upd 2. Скачал спустя полгода - позор. Вид временная шкала просто поломанная штука, зачем, почему, почему шкала всегда справа, где время, почему блоки такие крошечные? А когда попробовал уже убрать вообще базу данных doneit + напоминания и оставил только doneit на всех 3 устройствах - офигел. Синхронизация почти не работает между 3 устройствами, категории, разделы то появляются, то пропадают. На одном устройстве 4 категории, на другом 3. Перемещаешь местами пункты - на другом устройстве ничего не меняется.
Upd. Отвечаю вам на ваш ответ, вы ничего не поправили, категории в Doneit сами удаляются и создаются постоянно, потому что происходит конфликт синхронизации между устройствами. Версия приложения 2.7.6
Ужасней приложения пока не видел. Синхронизация iCloud и Doneit с напоминаниями + iPhone, Mac, iPad просто не работает нормально. Напоминания передают изменения и те начинают обновляться в Doneit. При этом каждый из устройств начинает передавать изменение Doneit по iCloud и все вообще начинает ломаться. Куча дубликатов, разная сортировка, удаляются категории, дублируются ярлыки, приоритеты и все такое. А также эта штука без предупреждения удалила мне все календари, когда я удалял просто категории в Doneit. Пришлось восстанавливать через iCloud.com
