They don’t KARE
After 3 years of good attendance I was let go for one call out because my car was stolen not to mention I travel other states they are the only company I work for the try to keep me in one state!!!! This company will not kare if you have an emergency they will fire you and suspend you for things you can’t control !!!!

How are you supposed to work for Kare if you can’t schedule a interview? There are no times or dates available - was really looking forward to working here.
The app sucks
The whole rating system doesn’t even make sense. You get a 4-5 star and your score still goes down, it doesn’t even affect you getting shifts. It doesn’t matter if you’re the first one to book the shift you have to be selected which is dumb. I truly only use the app if I have a bill coming up. Don’t rely on it. You will get one shift a month 2 maybe and 3 if you’re lucky. Also the app logs you out for no reason.

Issues loading shifts
The staffing agency itself is pretty good but sometimes I go hours at a time without being able to browse shifts the app itself sucks
Too many Hassles!
No support 24/7!! Have to wait until certain times to get ANY help at all! So youre stuck! Sent my renewed RN license in uploaded documents and its been TWO MONTHS now and its still being reviewed!! Unable to pick up shifts! They RARELY even have shifts! There is no immediate pay like they say! Go to Clipboard! You get 24/7 support and IMMEDIATE pay as promised and way more shifts that you dont have to “apply” for and and sit and wait to see if youre the one 🙄

I truly hate this app
Been 4-5 months, I’ve only been accepted for 3 job assignments. I’ve tried different states, counties and never selected. Except for holidays, you would’ve thought people would be willing to work with someone if said someone was willing to work a holiday. Especially when half your staff called out. Good luck to whoever decide to download this and work for Kare. Just don’t quit your day job! I only gave them a 2 because a 1 star review is just mean.

They pose to be worldwide but don’t have certain states you can work in or thatConvenience move for Maryland to Florida and they don’t have no facilities so I can’t pick up shifts if I wanted to and I’ve been with kare for six years
Waste of time.
This app sucks. The recruiters suck. Your rules are dumb. If my nursing license or bls lincense aren’t expired until the end of the month then I should be able to work until then like any other place. What is the difference? Been issue after issue with this app since the first day.
Unprofessional and retaliatory
Kare is unprofessional and retaliates against their own caregivers. They do not advocate for them when things go awry. There are better staffing platforms.

This place usually only has one facility if you make a mistake and accept a shift they will suspend you. I’ve been with this company for over 3 years. Trust me it’s not worth your time.
Horrible app
The app never shows any shifts even if a notification appears. Sometimes if I click on the ref number it’ll show the shift but not the facility or any pertinent info.
I don’t get it.
I don’t see how people get work from here, I haven’t had an experience to say it’s good or bad. I get a notification about a job, I apply for it. Instantly “this shift has been canceled”. Now it’s another hero has been selected. Then I get a call asking me about not working and they’ve noticed I haven’t picked up any shifts. Should ask the facilities that question.

I don’t like how, if your in an emergency with proof Kare doesn’t care ! I almost lost my life on highway 85, police report, hospital records Kare still suspended my account. Consequently I was working with another RN, she was pregnant during the shift, her water broke and 911 was called Kare still suspended her account, this is a selfless company that only cares about their contracted buildings and where the pet peeves that help this organization make money ! This is my only dislike for the company ! They don’t back you on nothing but they consider you a here at their convenience!

Great update!
The update is much more of a modern look and feel and lets me control what shifts I see.
Low pay
The lowest paying agency I’ve ever tried to work for. Better off working prn at a facility. Hardly any shifts and when applying for one you have 20 others you’re competing with to get the job. Sometimes the app will lock you completely out for absolutely no reason.
