App doesn’t have USA/America as an option under country, and also wouldn’t let me select a city (which is required to sign up). Luckily the lady was kind and said forget about it.

Can’t login
You just can’t login at all.
Work 100%, 10% of the time!
I hate this app it never works! This is the one thing I hate about Karma, I send an email and I am told use the app. Tell them it didn’t work and they want me to troubleshoot and test. That’s not my job.

Terrible app!! Never works, error codes all over the place. Now can’t login at all!! It just keeps looping to the login page. I have points expiring in a few months and can’t even login to book anything. Disgraceful customer service!
App doesn't work
No dates at any properties are working, hot deals cannot be seen. I've reached out multiple times via chat, email and social media to talk to them and have had no response
