False claims to the new members
I recently took the membership in November 2025 and even though we didn’t want to take it cuz of some hindrances, the agent guy insisted onto us that after the down payment the monthly EMI will hardly come around 3 to 4K and so we agreed to take the membership. They set up all the payment and other options and told us that the autopay will start from January 2026 onwards. Earlier this month, we get the information that it’s more than 10k EMI coming into monthly, and when we tried to call and connect with the agent guy to talk about it, they are not at all responding nor replying to us back. Very terrible and disappointing, it has been to go through this scenario because of the false information provided to us just so you could get an additional member.

Annual membership fee is keep on increasing and now they started earning money through AMC as well. This is not applicable when I signed the contract!!
Regarding food and booking
I am totally unhappy with club mahindra membership. Food cost is also too much high within premises. Middle class people can’t afford thid high rated food. Also facing issues during bioking.. from last one month i tried for udaipur booking still not getting booking. Club mahindra get benefit of our like normal people.. I checked anytime still booking is not available. There is also no option for membership stoping. Please don’t go with club mahindra.

Poor care for customers
Had booked in June beginning for Humpi from 10th Aug’25 to 14th Aug’25. At the time 10th to 12th, it was green and booked it. 12th to 13th was wait list and 13th to 14th it was available and applied. Yesterday when I talked to customer care, was told the total duration has been put under wait list. I don’t understand how it can be done so !
When the representative of club Mahindra had approached me for upgradation to Premium had made so many promises that leave the booking to him as single point contact and be rest assured that the booking will be confirmed. So, I got it upgraded. Now once his objective was fulfilled then I am not able to interact even with him. Forget about the support. Feel cheated by him and also by club Mahindra.
So casual and fooling approach by club Mahindra. I have not got support even once till date. Feel helpless from his side and club Mahindra as well!!!
Can some body Look into my booking and revert back…

Irresponsible and Lier staff
They say something else and it comes to happen something else. It is litterally a scam. Ofcourse they have good properties but they are unable to fulfill their promises and I have experienced that planning our vacation and stay on our own is much better and have freedom of choice. But with club mahindra thay always make you feel that you are a lower class no matter which category you subscribe or how muvh do you pay in advance.
All in all is a legit scam.
