Can’t login
You just can’t login at all.
Work 100%, 10% of the time!
I hate this app it never works! This is the one thing I hate about Karma, I send an email and I am told use the app. Tell them it didn’t work and they want me to troubleshoot and test. That’s not my job.

Terrible app!! Never works, error codes all over the place. Now can’t login at all!! It just keeps looping to the login page. I have points expiring in a few months and can’t even login to book anything. Disgraceful customer service!
App doesn't work
No dates at any properties are working, hot deals cannot be seen. I've reached out multiple times via chat, email and social media to talk to them and have had no response

Booking thru this app requires a lot of patience.. it is not user friendly. The number of available units/rooms on a particular date should be easily available, for us to make a decision.
Terrible app does not work
The app and websites not work after their update and I have tried multiple phone numbers to contact Karma for an urgent booking but unable to get anyone who can help. They keep passing me round to different numbers and say they will get back to me. I have told them it is urgent as I need to make the booking for tonight. They have done a terrible faulty update, which does not work, and no one available to look into it.

I updated app today 1/11 and now can’t login. Uninstalled and reinstalled and makes no difference. Do these updates get tested before release

I have been trying for 2 weeks to login. Reset password etc, deleted app & tried again. Same result as other review - returns to login screen. iOS 18.6.2

Have not been able to update, it just says “open”

Bugs when booking
This app doesn’t allow us to book directly. We always have to reach out and have units booked for us. When we select 2 adults, availability shifts to “no availability”, but if you search for 0 adults, 0 children, you can see the true availability but won’t be allowed to book. Frustrating!
