Convenience fee charged for loading wallet
You are charing 2% + gst for loading wallet… who does that???
Needs upgrade
Suddenly stops working again we have to go to the charge station rework on ..
Consuming double wattage and GST is charged extra
I’m using EV which uses 350Watt charger and battery capacity of 3kw, but Kazam is charging me for 6000kwh on full charge.
Overall good but need improvement
Overall it gives good experience but some starting the charging doesn’t happen smoothly. Sometime it doesn’t show stop charging option as well. Happening this after the latest update.
Can not logic to app
When trying to login, after entering otp it just stays there and doesn’t load the application page. Same happens when I use google or apple id to login.
Application is User friendly
I would definitely suggest kazam for ev vehicle charging with proper supply management

Please enable Remote charging ON OFF Feature
Dear Kazam team, I have been using this app since last 3 months. Earlier was able to turn ON charging by staying at my home, but now while starting the charging, it goes into Bluetooth mode, hence not starting remotely. Please enable that feature to start charging with internet.

I had wonderful experience using Kazam app so far, and it’s great to see many Kazam charging stations across the state. I can locate many charge points of Kazam in places where I travel. I started using multiple ev charging apps, but nothing matchs what Kazam does. Most of other charging stations in the market doesn't give a good experience. But Kazam chargers always work and charging my EV became seem less.Using the app is very easy. Good User experience ✅

You can buy one for your home and set it to private or give public access through your phone. Having kazam app always comes in handy as you don’t know when will your EV dies out of range.
