Track Your Home With Joy
This is a great app that allows you to follow the progression of your home! I’m unsure who is responsible for keeping it up to date, and how it is supposed to be, But from my experience, It’s been mostly hand to hand with my build & Love to see the updates that appear on the app about the home!
Pointless
They don’t update this app with new information. You have to actively call and email your sales counselor to update information. It’s literally pointless and there’s no communication from KB.
User friendly
The app is very easy to use and I love the graphics not being overwhelming in any way.
KB Home is premier brand for a reason
Easy and intuitive to use. Looking at a few communities and am really excited at what I've found.
