Pathetic SCAM
This company is a pathetic scam, the service is beyond ridiculous if I could give it less than one star I would. Don't count on this app ever working for you because no matter what you do the app just does work. I've had these panels since June they barely function at least according to the app and whenever you they always refer you back to your power company. That is great at providing you with innocuous worthless information for example yesterday I generated enough electricity to run a washing machine 22 load to be exact. How however this pathetic scam of a company cannot get an app to accurately read what your solar generating capacity is! And the company actually had the testicular fortitude to recommend that I limit any heavy use of electricity until midday when my panels are actually working at full capacity to do things like laundry yet the app still can't tell me an accurate number as to my solar intake. Palmetto count your days before my attorney reaches out to you!

This app is the most annoying app ever. Does not work most of the time. Hard to figure out solar usage. Cannot find my billing statements. Want to change my payment method cannot even figure that out! Took over lease from existing home ownership worse experience ever trying to do that setup as well!! Only thing good so far is my electric bill has been very reasonable.

The app is never a “current usage” view and there isn’t anywhere to see what your max usage is. Worthless.
