UI Not User Friendly Often Crashes
The UI is not intuitive, often crashes and the app overall is not very good.
Needs improvement
My biggest complaint is that us doesn’t support faceID on iPhone.
Not working
It doesn’t even load after the new update from 10 December 2020. Please fix this app, there is no point of mobile banking when the app works so badly. Check out N26 to learn how to build a great banking app.
Redesign needed
Unfortunately, the UI design of this app leaves much to be desired: basic functions like viewing details of individual transactions are not available either in-app or even online/on paper statements, and the constant re-authentication within a single session is a bit of a headache. I’ve seen apps from many other banks that flow much better and offer a more seamless experience; even the KBC Belgium app is much more satisfying to use. It would be great if this app could be overhauled to match some of KBC’s features in other countries.

App okay search doesn’t work
The app is okay, not as innovative as some other banking apps, but does the job. The search function though doesn’t work at all. Any search filters are ignored every time, no point in it being there. I’d use the web portal if it wasn’t so complicated to login every time.
App is slow and cumbersome
Very slow app, cumbersome to use and it interrupts my music every time I open the KBC app.

Horrible, would not use it if I didn’t have to
The UI/UX of this app is horrible. For a cashless bank with a focus on payments via mobile devices this is embarrassing. I would remove this app immediately if I had another way of paying on the go.
Stops music playing!!
Latest update causes any playing audio to stop as soon as the app is opened!

You guys must give someone other than bunch of third-graders to build you an app, cause this is a disgrace...
Slow and complicated
App is really slow, loading times of account date and transactions are slow too.. You have to wait on everything in this app.. also the app is really complicated and blind.. And I'm using iPhone 7.. terrible experience.
Cannot use the app
It is asking me to update the app while there is no a new version in store.
