Bad design
The app doesn’t recognize user name and password that is used with website account. If you use Apple ID then starlight it worked. However when I returned to access tickets that failed. Clearly bad design and doesn’t integrate well. Makes it difficult to use to enter starlight parking lounge etc. have to use website at this point.

App won’t work
I have tried to login multiple times on the app and it keeps saying username or password is wrong. But I have no problem logging into the website with my username and password.
Amazing!
This has made accessing information so much easier. I have had no issues with accessing my tickets and I have found the new interactive map very helpful with getting around the venue :)
Existing accounts not recognized
Entering the email/password from my existing account results in error. This happens on the main login screen and within the Tickets tab. I am able to successfully log in from the website.
