User reviews

Does not work

I downloaded this app to give me a trial of what it’s like to have the bracelet. I got it for skin picking in particular my face. The buzz is so gentle that I don’t even notice that is buzzing. And when it does, it’s only doing it when I have my hands down on my knee around my thigh and away from my face.

Alerts anytime you raise your hand at all

This was a pointless app. Anytime I raised my hands at all it triggered, even if I wasn’t doing my activity, which was really annoying and defeated the whole purpose of the app. Very disappointed.

Best thing ever!

This app is easy to use and the bracelet notifies me every time with vibration. I get false alarms but those are great too cuz they remind me where my hands are. I use it when I’m know I’m gonna start picking and pulling such as working at my desk or watching tv.

Wonderful!

This is life changing! I have biting my nails for as long as I can remember. KeenLite’s subtle reminder is all I need to change my mindset! Amazing app!

Super helpful

This app comes with different pre-trained gestures and I was able to find my behavior of reaching for the back of my head. It’s working great!
