User reviews

Changed my life.

This bracelet helped me build awareness of my hands and the HabitAware team helped me build awareness of the emotions triggering my hair pulling, along with better strategies. They helped me see my hair pulling behavior in a new way that made taking control possible. I can proudly say I no longer have trichotillomania.

I hate this so much

I have more than 4 stupid areas that I pull at

Bad Tracking

I accidentally pressed the button a few times, but I deleted the log. However, it still comes back once i refresh. I just set this up a few days ago, but it’s really frustrating me. This is my only problem. Otherwise, the app is good!

Out of the box experience? Not good...

So I have set up, deleted, re set up bracelet(s). They register my movement and vibrate like they are suppose to. What they won’t do? Register or vibrate when pushing the button to log, thus far rendering them useless. I just really didn’t expect to have an issue, and certainly thought starting over would have fixed the problem. So I have a “ticket” open, and will change review once I can get the things to work as advertised .

Thank God

I have pulled out large swaths of hair near he back of my head. My parents finally stepped in and got me this. I was wary, but it was quick and easy to set up and use! I have high hopes!!
