i love this app!!!! i have tried everything over the last 30 years to try and stop biting my nails. i am a life long nail biter and combined with using a nail oil, always keeping a file and nail clipper in me, and this app i haven't bitten my nails in over 400 days. i have only used the free version and it has worked great for me. the photos and relapse reset are great tools, i love looking back and seeing how my nail beds have healed.

É um aplicativo fácil, sem poluição visual, intuitivo e extremamente útil! Hoje estou há 68 dias sem roer e a diferença é nitida! Além do app mostrar a evolução ele dá uma ótima incentivada, já que eu não quero ter uma recaída e reiniciar a contagem que já foi tão longe kkkkk
