“Support” is a joke at best
They want me to PAY additional for support so I can use the app subscription I already pay for ?!? A current subscription paid in full.
I’ve used Keeper for several years. Had a family plan that I no longer need so I purchased a single subscription when the family plan ended. My app won’t recognize the new subscription or allowing me to change it. It insist on me renewing the family plan that I’m not going to renew.
Send a message to Support explaining that I have a new sub subscription that I want to use and I’m not able to because of the family plan all of the detail.
The response I get back is that my version does qualify for support. I can click a link for support so I can get their product operating on my device for a subscription active and paid .
Their response is as offensive as it is ridiculous.
I can no longer recommend them. My opinion is to avoid them. If they cannot or will not support their own product, who will?

Technical support
Worst technical support, I cancel my subscription because keeper never responded to me. Used apple password, they are much better.
Trustworthy and Easy to Use
I love this app’s platform. It’s so simple that anyone can find ease with using it. On top of that, I trust its levels of security. I’ve been using it for 5+ years, and have never had any issues with it.
Lost passwords with paid subscription
I have a paid subscription of keeper security. At some point my older Iphone keeper software stopped syncing and there was no reason provided.THE SOFTWARE DID NOT SAY I NEED AN UPDATED VERSION LIKE EVERY OTHER APP DOES NOR DID IT SAY SYNC IS FAILING. When I got my new phone it synced old data from the vault and all my passwords from my old phone was lost. TO RUB IT IN KEEPER SUPPORT MADE IT LOOK LIKE AN USER ISSUE FOR NOT UPDATING. I have lost most of my passwords.and the ones I have I am not sure if it is the latest. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Can’t update passwords
I’ve used Keeper for 5+ years, including paying for their premium service during that time. I recently stopped paying, mainly because Apple Passwords served as a good back up. But, now I need to pay for Keeper Unlimited just to edit my records?…
