Great app and great support
All in the family are enjoying the use of keeper, it is simple, it turns complex process into simple 1,2,3 steps, it evolves has security issues are getting more and more complex. And support is awesome! Felt like someone was sitting next to me. Thx keeper team.
Can’t live without it
Changed phone manufacturers and lost all my logins and passwords after the salesperson told me everything would transfer over. It didn’t. Contacted Keeper and they were able to restore EVERYTHING to my new device. Major crisis averted.

I’ve gotten to the age where my memory is not what it used to be that’s why I love this app, it takes the worry out of trying to remember my passwords. Now I can concentrate on remembering other things. Thank you for this vault!!
BEWARE: Recent Update Deleted Data
I have been using this app for a number of years. It took forever to move all my data from my previous app. Scores of my simple passwords were stored in a multi-line field. Last update made this field inaccessible and deleted the data in existing records.
I tried to contact the company several times before they replied. This is a known error and they had no timeframe as to when it’ll be fixed.
Obviously their last update was not sufficiently tested and not ready for release. Also, if this is a known error why were users not notified after release 2 months ago. Why isn’t there a retro-grade option for use till they get it fixed?
I’m screwed. I have to start over with another app. All the re-entry is devastating. I relied on a security app to be secure. This one is no longer. Sorry to see it go.

Expensive
Can’t share with spouse and now locked out since I haven’t paid for it. When I stopped paying you can’t change the old password files. New phone and now can’t get back in, the code they send my email won’t work. Another attempt to get me to pay. I’m done!

Scam Pop up subscriptions tricking user to subscribe
Scamming type subscriptions like breach watch , made like a function part of the app. Trick user to subscribe, and cannot cancel and refund. Other functions are okay.

Ruined by greed
I’ve used this app for almost 15 years, have hundreds of passwords saved. Now they want $43/year to continue using it. No thanks Keeper. Just transferred everything to BitWarden, which is free and offers unlimited passwords.
Keeper is a keeper.
I have had Keeper for years now. I don’t even remember what I used prior to having it. But…I know I have intentions of letting it go.
