First time I ever used this app and I was very impressed with how easy it is to complete a purchase. Customer service was excellent. I decided to try to change the color of the frame after I placed the order and contacted them. They got back to me right away and suggested a color. Also, I ordered a large frame and they said because of the picture it would look better on a middle size frame.
I was surprised because they gave up some money by crediting me the difference.
