Working with Keepsake was flawless once I figured out how it worked, which was not difficult. I had a particular look in mind that had no white matting, just picture going all the way to the frame. Almost all the frames I could select didn’t allow for that. However, I found one that was absolutely perfect so that restriction didn’t matter. I found that keepsake doesn’t custom make the frames, you have to choose one that suits your picture. They did offer to let me speak to someone to help me, but it wasn’t necessary this time. Perhaps in the future they could, for an extra fee, customize the frame. Regardless, I got what I needed and I’m very pleased. I will use them again in the future.

I’ve decided to freshen up some walls in my house, so I decided to use my own pics, to showcase my travels and family. The process of ordering was very straightforward, and I was so happy I’ve decided to take that route. The prints on the canvas are high quality, and I can’t be more pleased with the finished product. I sent two pics from my phone to Keepsake Frames, I had these pics on my phone for the longest time, not sure why I found it so difficult to get the pics printed for framing then I saw a commercial about Keepsake Frames and I thought that sounds really easy so I did it. It was so easy to do, I downloaded the APP, sent the pics from my phone and in just a few days (I was really surprised at how quick I received my pics) they were beautifully made, it was so nice to see my pics in sweet little frames all matted and ready to hang. I put them up immediately and love them!
