Horrible unstable app
You would think this insurance company would invest in a better app. This thing is still unstable half of the time you can’t even log into your account.

I’ve tried to login not able to tried getting a new password unable to now it’s saying not found. Freaking ridiculous. Then kicked me out. I’m done

Every time I try to log in I have issues. It keeps saying download new app. So I uninstall and tried to reinstall the app and now it want download. I have know other issues with apps on my phone. Do you all have a resolution?
Incorrect Information
Never has updated information keeps saying that my payment is past due when it was made over a week ago and withdrawn from my account and it even says that they received it, but it still says that I’m overdue in the app completely pointless.
Doesn't work!
I have tried so many times to be able to pay by using a credit card, I have deleted the app and uploaded it so many times I cannot tell you how many. I turned my phone off and on and done everything that is necessary to have it work and it does not.
Terrible App
This app is terrible. I never had any problems until they made changes to this app. This is not an upgrade. I can never log onto my account. I’ve tried to change password and still can’t get on. It keeps saying my account is not supported. It’s frustrating day the least. Maybe I need to finally get insurance elsewhere. 😤

Weekly Payments
Both the app and website suck when it comes to paying weekly. It is very inconvenient to have to wait for customer service to be open as I am working by then, I’m working and I forget or am too busy to call them. All because the website AND app don’t let me pay my monthly bill weekly. I pay 25% of my bill each week because it helps me with my finances as a whole. 👎🏻
