Kept

Kept is a home maintenance tracker for iPhone. Users add one or more properties (a house, flat, car, holiday home) and create recurring maintenance tasks for each — things like boiler services, gutter cleans, MOT, dishwasher filter cleaning. Each task has a category, a repeat interval (monthly through annual, or a custom number of days/months/years), and an optional local reminder. Tasks are automatically sorted into four states: Overdue, Due Soon (within 14 days), On Track, and Never Logged, so users can see at a glance what needs attention. When a job is completed, the user logs it with a date, optional note (contractor name, what was replaced), and optional cost in GBP. This builds a full service history for every task. A small home screen widget shows the single most urgent upcoming task. Everything runs fully offline with no account, no cloud sync, and no third-party services.
