Be careful

Be careful before you pay for a membership. I tried this and realized pretty quickly that I wanted to cancel my membership. There is no customer service. And there is no stopping the monthly payment. I’ve emailed numerous times as that’s the only customer service they provide. They keep taking $39.99 out every month. Took 3 months for me to realize this. Had to report this to my bank which ended up needing to get a new debit card. Be careful.

Attention arnaque

Je suis très déçue de l’application qui ne cherche qu’à nous vendre des options et des programmes.
J’ai voulu annuler l’abonnement mais je n’ai trouvé aucun moyen de le faire ni sur l’application ni sur app store. J’ai donc été prélevée une nouvelle fois sans être avertie, pour une application en plus que je n’utilise pas.
Pour moi c’est clairement une arnaque

On passe de 9,79€ a 34,99€ sans être prévenu. D’autre part, l’abonnement n’apparait pas avec les autres applications ce qui ne permet pas de savoir que l’abonnement est toujours en cours.

Achtung: Doppelte Abbuchungen

Bei der Einrichtung wird als 2. Angebot ein Lebenslanges Abo für € 92.99 angeboten. Hört sich erstmal gut an, ABER auf der nächsten Seite steht dann auf einmal, dass eine reduzierte Zahlung von MONATLICH € 84.88 fällig wird. Man hat an dieser Stelle schon keine Möglichkeit mehr das zu stoppen! Während man das liest wurden bereits die Zahlung für das 1. Angebot (3-Monatsplan für € 27.49) und das 2. Angebot (lifetime plan € 92.99) per Paypal abgebucht!

Billing Issue: Charged Monthly but Unable to Use Service

This is the worst app I have ever used.
Since February, I have been charged $39.98 every month, yet I have barely been able to use the app. Every time I try to access the coaches, I am asked to pay an additional $19.99 to unlock them.
I originally registered through your website, and I am now unable to find my subscription or any option to cancel it within the app.
Please cancel my subscription immediately, investigate these charges, and issue a refund where appropriate.
