Billing Issue: Charged Monthly but Unable to Use Service
This is the worst app I have ever used.
Since February, I have been charged $39.98 every month, yet I have barely been able to use the app. Every time I try to access the coaches, I am asked to pay an additional $19.99 to unlock them.
I originally registered through your website, and I am now unable to find my subscription or any option to cancel it within the app.
Please cancel my subscription immediately, investigate these charges, and issue a refund where appropriate.

This is a really good app to use, it’s easy to use.

Super scammy with charge you a ton if you don’t read fine print, not helpful when you try to get refunds like other companies. Just terrible

I am so disappointed with this app. Do not waste your money. In fact it’s bordering a scam. It just does not work. I have used other apps such as carb manager and they are better. I fell victim to purchasing this and no refund. £20 lost but never again

Be aware
I joined and bought a 3 months subscription for$31.99 and they have the audacity to charged me $99.99 twice. The 3 months subscription hasn’t even passed yet, and they're charging me again—but this time$99.99. The app doesn't even work; it's just recipes. It doesn't tell you how many calories you should eat, nor how many carbs. I emailed them and I’m patiently waiting for answers. This is ridiculous.

Fraudulent charges
This app offers a number of products and services. I purchased 1 month of meal plans for $15. Then they tried to charge my account for $40 over and over. Thing is, it wasn’t like that charge had activated a subscription because I didn’t get any more meals. They just try to sneak money off your account. Luckily my bank denied the charges due to it being suspicious. BEWARE

Cor this is such a rubbish app! Basically they are just ripping people off and stealing customers money… wanting you to spend more to access any information, I was hoping for more exercise options….recipes are basic and very uninspiring, I mean strawberries in a tortilla wrap for breakfast!!!! What!!! Yuck!
