Asks way too many questions to register, and even though you completely fill in everything, it ends up with the error message “something went wrong”
Worst app ever
Won’t let me sign in. Keeps saying my password is incorrect when I try to reset my password it doesn’t send the email with the link to reset. Lost access to my account with all my points. Horrible

When I try and sign in it tells me it has no record of my email on file. When I try to make an account, it tells me my account is already in use. Lost ALL my points.
Love this place
We love letterman’s, whether breakfast before school, quick snack before kid’s evening activities or buying their bagels for home.

Useless in Montreal
No online ordering for Montreal, and loyalty card doesn’t work there.

Bad app
I got this, added $50 thinking I could order food ahead of time. Nope - you need to pay via credit card for some reason when ordering using the app - even though you can add money to the app - you can’t use it to order!
New version is terrible.
The previous version was bad, but this updated app is worse. Didn’t recognize me, lost my points, no financial record…I was sure I still had a balance on my “gift card” that I had reloaded. Deleting app for good.

Was barely functional before. Now worse.
The prior version barely held together but this won’t even allow me to login with my existing credentials. Have I now lost all my reward points? Also why gather so much information during sign up. Why is birthday a mandated field? Definitely avoid an update on this if you can. Kettlemans… just going to skip going now. This is bad.

Old app worked. Not this one
When I try to sign in, it tells me no guest with that name registered. I go to set up a new account and it tells me I already have an account. So I can’t earn points now or even use them. Can’t order ahead. I messaged the main contact email and never got a response
Awful App
If I could give a negative star I would. This app is very unreliable and every time I go in to order something the options have changed. I can no longer order a dozen bagels or half a dozen. I can only order a single bagel at a time. This really needs to get fixed when there are other apps out there that are way more advanced.

Fix the app or remove from store
The app no longer opens and is now useless. Many others have noticed this as well. You can still earn points by giving your phone number at the register.
