We always have problems with it. Sometimes it works, but most of the time, it doesn’t

Doesn’t work at literally the worst possible times. Bluetooth connection error, or it says it’s unlocked when it’s locked, eventually says it’s locked, tap to unlock, and it doesn’t do anything… I had to break into my own house, kicked the door lock with my steel toe boot, ironically that got it working… not a fan anymore.

This app has been discontinued
Do not trust or purchase Weiser Smart Door Locks. Just talk to the numerous customers that now have useless Weiser Kevo smart door locks that no longer works as the Kevo app will be discontinued.
Why can’t you Intergrate the Weiser app to work with the old Kevo app. The only conclusion is
TO INCREASE SALE OF THE NEW WEISER SMART LOCKS.
Woohoo a discount that will still cost me $130.00 per lock to be replace in Canada.
NO THANK YOU WEISER I will pick a new manufacturer that I can trust and not be afraid that you will discontinue another app like the Kevo app rendering all my SMART LOCKS INOPERATIVE !!

ASSA ABLOY WILL KILL YOUR WORKING LOCK WITH 45 DAYS NOTICE
Don’t buy any smart lock from an ASSA ABLOY company, they gave a 45 day warning that they were killing the Kevo app based unlocking. They then offered a discount on a lock that has been superseded by a newer model. So generous, the jerks.
Will be obsolete in November
Absolutely ridiculous they are discontinuing the app. Its an already developed app for customers who have already purchased from you. So disappointing they dont care about their customers and are asking us to spend at least $100+ to get essential the same features and service we already have.
Outrageous decisions!
Dropping support for these locks and abandoning customers is completely unacceptable. We paid 400$ for this lock just 4 years ago.

So you’ve decided to discontinue the app - which is the entire reason we got the lock - but fear not. We can spend more money to get a different lock that you definitely won’t make obsolete within 4 years?

Terrible product terrible support
Do not buy this product if you expect to use it longer than 1 year. App is terrible hardware for lock is garbage.

Kevo
Since I’ve downloaded the latest version of this app I am no longer able to use the kevoplus gateway and I cannot have remote access to my door. Please if you can help with pairing my gateway I will change this review .
Lock isn’t secure over time
The worked well for years. A few months ago it started to randomly unlock the door. We have had to take the batteries out and use a key for the door now. It woke me up in the middle of the night to the sound of it unlocking several times.

Have had my kevo devices for a long time now but the support appears to have ended.

Awful!! Worst decision ever to go with this Baldwin lock and Kevo technology. Doesn’t work most of the time and I got locked out because it wasn’t working so I had to call a locksmith. Now I have to replace the locks on one door and my front door is also locking up. Do not spend the $!
Kevo is trash
My Kevo locks, and gateway have been nothing but a nightmare! Kwikset customer service says they don’t support this device anymore!!
