Call, don’t use the app.
The service is good but the app is not. We booked 40 min in advance and when it was time for our ride to arrive it still said “searching for a vehicle near you”.
Don't trust dispatch
When you book, dispatch calls you with an expected timeline. Don't trust it. They told me 30 minutes, and it's now been 90 and the driver still hasn't arrived.

I use this service lots and always have an amazing experience with staff. Many years I have found myself where I need help to get my car home and Keys Please has always been there!!! Keep up the super work!

Keys Please is a great service! Great dispatchers, great drivers, reasonably priced and I get my car home!
Will not use this service again
Used them lots and recommended them lots. My cousins left my house with one of their drivers. They banged up the truck pretty good at the end of my driveway then denied doing it. Changed their tune when we showed them video footage.
Will use other driver alternative programs. Never again.
