Worst food app
Not sure why, but this app never works. I’m always stuck at the KFC logo and it never opens up.
Deals not working
Deals sent via notifications are not avail in app. No support on app notifications
Fix the offers
The amount of offers I get in the app for items that aren’t even sold within a 100 mile radius of me is absolutely insane. Even more annoying is when I get a massive splash screen that must be manually closed for an item that I cannot get.
Surely y’all can afford a product manager, backend engineers, just someone to filter unavailable items based on inventory?

Terrible App - Zero Stars
I would give it ZERO stars if I could.
Unlike every other fast food app, the location isn’t updated based on your device location automatically and it doesn’t prompt you to confirm your order is going where you want it to.
In addition there’s no option to cancel or redirect or get a refund if you mistakenly send it to the wrong store
Restaurant refuses to cancel or refund money.
So you’re just out of luck.
Very poor design and customer service.
Lost money twice in the past month.
Never again. Deleted app and not returning to restaurant that screwed me over.
