Disappointed with the rewards program
I’ve now downloaded and deleted this app for the 2nd time. I won’t be adding it back until you add functionality to earn points with all purchases not just your orders through the app. I stopped to get dinner last minute because I saw that you guys were still open. I just got in to town from a 4hr road trip and was not going to sit in the parking lot to place an order in the app to get my points. I should be able to check in or give a number like all the other fast food places. So the $32 I spent could add to my rewards points. I usually skip KFC because the rewards program is not a friendly as other places. You should really look at your program. Most people get fast on a whim. Meaning they are stopping on the way home from things. So it’s not planned. With your app the only way to get points is to pre order through the app. That’s not always possible. So I just other places.

I can't even buy anything because all the payment options don't work, it doesn't matter if I put it for delivery or pickup or if I use apple pay or put my card info, nothing, this app is useless
Trouble with taking payment and halal chicken
What an experience. The app has trouble with taking payments. Even with all the details entered correctly, it still won’t process payment. It may be necessary to try on a second device. Even then, the location I went to had halal chicken. So I needed to work with the manager to get a refund. At least I got some free sides after tossing the chicken. What an ordeal; the app and the store experience.
