Too busy
The screens are just too busy I have difficulty finding stuff. It asks where I want to go on the Home Screen but gives me the map button as well. I’ve just bought an EV4 but the app tells be to look at an EV2. Why do I want Ads. I just want the controls easily accessible. Perhaps a redesign of the interface should be considered. To me using the app is more annoying than useful

Works well
The app isn’t as responsive as I’d like (can take a while for status etc. to refresh) and could be redesigned so actions you regularly use require fewer taps to navigate to, but otherwise works well
Useful but not pleasant to use
App takes too long to boot up and sync to the car
Slow and obnoxious advertisement

“Can I see if my car is open?”
“Sure, give me about a minute or so… Nah, the servers are down again”
Suffice to say it is absolutely shameful to pay the price of one of these cars and then have to deal with an app so badly written and so ridden with ads.

Rubbish
Too complex. Poor navigation to change or access sections.
