Not the easiest to navigate by any stretch
Awful app
I’ve just spent three hours trying to access tickets sent to me by a friend. Whoever designed this app has evidently never had to use it. Excruciatingly abominable.

A terrible, obscure website for such an amazing club. Information hard to find and always have to go in with trepidation. Surrey, please sort it out
Overly Complicated and unreliable
I'm frustrated with the app from Surrey and the Kia Oval. It’s overly complicated, changes each year, and yet it remains mandatory for accessing any tickets purchased.

Really difficult and annoying.
The simple process of buying tickets is made unnecessarily slow and complicated. Why do I have to tell you the name and address of anyone for whom I am buying a ticket? Why do I have to scroll all the way through a list of countries to do this ( “UK” could be at the top of the list). Why can’t the App take card details from my phone, as many other payment systems do? Why don’t you accept PayPal, ApplePay etc?
Now I find that although I’ve paid for 3 tickets, only 2 have appeared in my wallet. Perhaps the 3rd ticket will pop up in a minute. Perhaps it won’t and I’ll need to phone someone about it.
Going to cricket should be simple and fun, not a load of bother.

Inoperable. You make me feel like a Luddite
Very unreliable app
I’m afraid that this app is unfit for purpose. Certainly in my experience. No access for my membership pass for months , then access for a few hours , only for the pass to disappear again. Please do not do away with physical passes before this app works correctly.

Keeps losing my membership ticket
More often than not when I visit the Oval, I have to go to the ticket booth because my membership ticket has disappeared.

As above- I like a printed ticket, and the app way has been really frustrating
Ticket printing problem for qtr final 3/9/24
Taken nearly 1 hour to sort out. Whilst now able to gain access to and see tickets in wallet not able to print. They are obviously in the wallet. When attempting to print in the normal way, it only comes up with the option to share.
In view of problems this morning with the application, I want to print as back up as don’t want further problems on the gate spoiling the day.

Another failing app
Oval app dismal failure. Unable to access tickets. Why are apps so hopeless?
