In Puerto Rico tough roads. But got through it though. Mad didn’t match actual location of current location when dropped off. But smooth uphills. Had to work the steep ones. Lost 10#

These guys have setup a interface that requires so much info that they already have access to on the app when putting in complaint about a ride as to make it harder.
I would just tell everyone to use Bird instead as they have a much better support that super efficient and can be done with a few taps and no typing needed.
These guys are more expensive with terrible support.

It’s cool but to expensive, I rented one in Atlanta GA and paid less than $20 for half a day of use. This was $40 and it was les than an hour.

Do not use in Puerto Rico. Over price. 30 min was 35 dollars. Not like other places that is for 24 hours.

Not recommended for commuting.
If you want to ride them for fun then they are fine but they are more expensive than uber. Paid $5 in an uber and $6.60 to get back on the scooter. I’d rather wait the 5 min for the car and have AC without risking falling or getting hit by a car

App deadlocked
When I opened my app today, it told me the app needs update, but followed the link/instructions and it brought me to the same old version of app in app store. Now it is a deadlock and I can’t use the app to rent a scooter or update my account at all

Ride is smooth, the stand easy to put on and of where you put your feet very comfortable compare to other scooters. App is easy to use put nothing out of the ordinary to other apps.
Negative:
Is TO EXPENSIVE. For a 2min and 31 sec cost me $4.44.
So to that effect I will continue to use bird sorry.

Needed to get around Puerto Rico
First time riders. Easy app and easy ride. Saved us money on taxis.
Charged us twice
My friend and I both rented, we both got double charged.
Fun but expensive
The ride was fun but expensive. It turned out to be $52 for two scooters to get to Old San Juan while a Uber back to the hotel was $6
