I PLEDGE $10 in the XTOOL WONDER PRESS FOR $300 OFF AND NOW THEY CANT GIVE ME THE DISCOUNT, WITH BENI THE SAME, IM WAITING AND WAITING AND THEY JUST TAKE THE MONEY AND DONT DO WHAT ITS PROMISED. Scammers

I have backed 3 projects now that are fully funded and I have been sent nothing. Kickstarter just facilitates scams and takes no responsibility.
One bad apple, ruins the bunch
One bad campaign and the app is worthless. You realize the KS staff only support the platform and creators. Backers are only important until they pay money then they’re ignored and told they were legally stolen from. Careful what projects you back because ks provides 0 support. Will never use this again

Kickstarter is a joke!
I’ve lost thousands of dollars backing different investors who never fulfilled there promises and kickstarter does nothing to ensure you aren’t scammed.
Awful application
Every time I look to check on my project activities the app breaks. It freezes and won’t show anything. There were issues previously but now it’s absolutely broken! How?
Latest update infuriating
God, your app sucks so much. Can you please hire people who actually know how to make apps, please? Then fire the people who made this pile of garbage and blackball them so they never are able to work on any app architecture ever again? That would be great because they are honestly that bad at it. The only thing this app has done is driven me to drink recklessly

Was #47 donor for Stellen. After years-still havent gotten mine. Attempted to get help from kickstarter repeatedly and basically just got blown off. Dont waste your money.

Email Notifications CANNOT be ever turned off
Do NOT disclose your email to Kickstarter. It is not possible to Unsubscribe from it. I have tried everything: from clicking on Unsubscribe to contacting app developer. Unfortunately, Kickstarter is still sending me emails on daily basis. Such a shame.

Scams Galore
There are maybe a handful of actually legitimate projects seeking crowdfunding while all the rest are just made up Chinese shell companies. Kickstarter does nothing to support you and banks refuse to offer chargebacks. Massive scam.

No privacy controls. I helped a project and inturn got my email shared with all the spammers. This is my one and only time I am going to with kickstarter

People need to be fully aware that your money is NOT protected with this app!

So be aware of all this, I have withdrawn my support for this app based on my experiences.

Great app in theory except that KICKSTARTER allow projects to take your money with no accountability when they do a pump and run - I will be deleting this app and my account after many years of supporting various products

Slow App
I like the platform but the app is horribly slow. Trying to view updates for projects is miserable, it takes forever to load and constantly freezes while you scroll down.
