Doesn’t work
It was downloading app for 10 minutes, which usually takes few seconds for my iPhone 16 pro max. This time it took far too long even with excellent signal and having 5g running.Once downloaded it didn’t work at all. I was lucky to have my father in law with me as he has a samsung and it works on android. iPhone users, don’t even bother.

Absolutely Useless
As others have said, all is pretty much unusable. Tried numerous times and the app died at various different points.
App isn’t even needed for something like this. £15 taken and hopefully will be refunded.
Don’t bother. Save yourselves the stress.

Cars are BIG!
Downloaded APP, hired car and was all effortless. Only gripe is the cars are very big so some shops we had to leave it outside (attended). I’d use again but only for an hour or so.
Overkill and waste of time
To have to download an App just to rent a little car is overkill. It was also a waste of time as it didn’t work anyway.
