I am 82 years old. If my daughter didn’t do this for me if would have been impossible for me. I have a flip phone and I have never used a smart phone. It is clear what age I am , take this inconsideration when sending out elderly people a do it your self kit. In the event it is not done right , you have set up panic unnecessarily..

This test was simple and easy, but the main thing is that it was so well explained!! The app makes it simple. Video and voice commands were clear and easy to follow. Great idea being able to do this at home. Thanks!!
Kidney Check
Test was very easy to use and complete. I didn’t like all the reminder phone calls I received. People were hard to understand and always came up as unknown caller on the phone. Identified themselves as being from Medica but would be better if phone number showed the call coming from Medica especially with all the senior fraud.

Question
I wondered if it would change my results at all since I am doing a cleanse routine where I drink a mix of apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, pure unsweetened cranberry juice plus spring water three times a day prior to meals. ? Like to hear what your opinion is as to it & kidney health.

I read the directions and took the test. I wish that the video said that one should continue following the video because it timed. After taking the test, I had to watch/wait to see how to get the results. Did not see any color change after the 75 second “wait” period.

The cup design is not as spill proof as could be designed and a bit messy. The development of the instructions is excellent but some housekeeping guidelines should be included and perhaps even some towelettes included.
It looks like my test results changed colors after a few minutes after the test, are they to be considered as realivent ? Picture taken and available.

Directions could be better
I would prefer to also have printed directions since I’m hard of hearing. Also when you are checking to see if the kit contains all the components the pocket labeled “dipstick” contains an envelope labeled, “ACR Reagent Strip.” This Strip is actually the dipstick. The envelope should be labeled ACR Reagent Strip Dipstick to avoid confusion.

Kidney Test App
This was SO easy. All the instructions/videos and voice assist made it easy and stress Fred’s. I’m NOT a technology person. So having this test be super easy was great. And, I found out my results were ABNORMAL. I wasn’t expecting that. So now I can address it right away with my doctor. Phew! Thank you for this test!!!

I was scared at first and I wonder should I do it. So I try it and it went through great, and it didn’t take long to do it. My result is normal thank you Jesus Christ amen amen 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. Now what I do with the stick when I am done with it. Do I throw it away or what.

I had my doubts about taking a home test especially for a kidney test. Wow this test and the app made it so easy that I will highly recommend this test to anyone who wants to check their kidneys.

Most parts were easy and explained well. When I attempted to put in my phone number it was hard . Two numbers went in with the +1. I had to call and get help to straighten it out.

I used the in home kit. I am by no means tech savvy but it was easy to use and the results were worth the wait. I will see my doctor with these results. Very easy and detailed instructions and guidance
I was very hesitant to perform self test due to not a computer genius but surprisingly did on my own following Support by App thru voice instructions step by step and also video demonstrations.
