Never got cash back

I went through the app to make a purchase and my cash back never was received. No notification or confirmation either. I messaged customer service twice - the first time with no response, and the second saying “we’ll look into it, it’s probably on the merchant’s side.” Weeks later, no response.

Never gave cash back promised.

Honestly, the site seems dead now. There’s zero customer support and they start posting to social media ages ago.
Nevertheless back in May 2021 I registered and use their site to purchase a larger ticket item as they advertise the biggest cashback percentage.
Ever since I’ve been trying to contact a customer support to no avail. Eventually their CEO Vijay Koppisetti contacted me as I suspect he’s the only person working there and he said he was looking into the issue. It’s now November 2021 and still nothing.

The site and app should be closed as did not dupe more people
