Issues with App
This criticism is directed to the App, not the actually food. The App use to be easy to you, and could order straight from it. Now when placing an order it sends you to a website, and if you want to use your account you have to sign up now with another company “toast”. Just seems unnecessary when the app was working perfectly previously.

Can’t customize ALL ingredients in the app.
Love the burgers, but the app won’t let me customize certain ingredients, specifically I can’t get order my favorite burger without Mayo. Ridiculous. I’ve sent feedback a few times to try to get it changed. This last time they just ignored me.
One of worst app
I have no idea how customers are supposed to use this app. It’s very hard to figure out. I received a notification about a special offer, but there was nothing related to that offer in the app. It’s also difficult to understand how the rewards work. Overall, the app is useless.
Can’t get burgers without mayo
Recently Killer Burger changed the menu to add mayo to nearly every burger, but the app does not reflect that change. I hate mayo, but I cannot get my order without it using the app so I have to call or order in person. This makes the app useless to me. I’m leaving this bad review in hopes that they finally fix this issues because it has persisted for months. Please fix it. I love the food there, but not mayo.

Poor Update
Update did not transfer rewards, location service for rewards do not work, tipping resets if order doesn’t go through.
Unbelievably Bad
Hands down the worst app and reward system I’ve ever seen. When the updated (see: ruined) their broken reward system, I lost what little I had; contacting them did nothing.
Did they end the overpriced box lunches? The app is so unusable that I can’t be bothered to look any harder for them.

App is worthless after the update
App updated and can no longer sign into my account. You bring up the app and there is no option to sign in. It only allows you to start the sign up process. Contacted them twice with zero resolution to their app not being functional. Haven’t gone to killer burger since I can’t log in and get rewards.

New app is garbage
Bugs, glitches, inconsistencies, inconveniences. Needs an update stat. If I hadn’t already committed to getting dinner at killer burger I would have taken my business elsewhere because of how difficult the app made the experience.
Delivery Order feature does not function
The delivery function of this app does not work. It aways tells me "Something went wrong" or "please try again". Absolutely pointless. No help from support, does little more than link your rewards points to the email account, but since you can't order through the app, you don't get your rewards. Bring back the old app: it may have been a janky website reskin, but at least you could place an order. Isn't it 2025? Why is it so difficult to have a functioning app?

Stuck in a loop
The app used to work fine… now I can’t login because it tries to consistently create a new account. Then it tells me my email already has an account. Why doesn’t it just open to a login screen? Why open to a phone number? Why fix what wasn’t broken?
Still love the food
I live like 2 blocks away and always pre-order my food (I have chronic illness and need to get in and out sometimes). I eat there a good amount. The new update forces you to agree to marketing messages in order to access ordering?!?!?! Why? You have my number for order updates and logging in but I don’t want marketing texts from you! Sigh. I guess I’ll just order pizza tonight and from now on. That’s technically closer to me.

New app issue
The new rewards/updated app has made it so instead of being able to remove multiple items from the sandwich you can now only pick one. Poor use/change from Ricky box to radio button

I wish they would have a "Burger of The Month" to add some variety to the normal burger lineup.
Also, KILLER BURGER, please fix your app. The user interface is confusing and oddly set up, especially adding or substituting items on the burgers. It feels like an app from 2017. Thanks!!

Customer service phenomenal
Bought two burgers today and totally spaced that they are doing a bogo. And called back and got a free burger for next visit. Love this place!
Wrong order, missing food
I first was missing a fry. Came in to get that.. went home thinking I’m okay. Looked at my burgers and realized this is NOT what I ordered. I ordered PB burgers and got some kind of BBQ burgers which I cannot have.. very disappointed in this place, the guy working front desk was just making mistake after mistake on everyone’s order.

I’ve ordered online pick up multiple times and I don’t earn any points at all. Hopefully they fix that.
Can’t place order
I can never place an order on the app. Always tells me to call the location to place order. Doesn’t matter which location I select.
