I’ve followed all the steps and app doesn’t recognize my QR code Says time on my device is not sync. Not cool. I already checked and everything is good on my end. It’s the App that has issues.

Get new tech people
I haven’t been able to use this app all year due to complications and the iPad at the center works but it’s always saying I’m missing days when I’ve already corrected it. Just let us sign in and out on paper. Or higher someone better to do your software.
Not user friendly
This app never works. It is not user friendly at all. It’s so hard to even get the device registered. It shouldn’t be this hard to use an app.

The app was poorly created. It’s not allowing to check in or check out. My daycare facility tried to assist and neither of us can figure it out.

Poor App
What happened?? This app is no longer parent-friendly. I should be able to clock my children in by phone once they arrive to the facility and out when a family member picks them up from the facility. I’m at work I can’t leave my place of employment to go to the daycare and clock them in and out. I believe most parents are having the exact same problem with this. It makes no sense. Whoever came up with this idea should have thought this through. I’m not giving my entire family my personal information nor will I give my children’s other parent my info either. The app needs some adjustments.

Doesn’t work
It’s just a blank white screen. The daycare tablet isn’t always logged in, since I don’t know their password, I try to open the app. It’s just a blank screen.
If I could give a 0 for a rating I would.
This app is horrible !!! Been dealing with it since my kids daycare started using them and it’s the worst ever! Always down. Always problems. Have to re-register your device multiple times and even then it tells you you’re in the wrong time zone and when you call they can’t fix it. 100 percent would NOT recommend!!! And they are RUDE when you call ! Very RUDE!

Never works properly
This app goes days or weeks without functioning, it is very inconvenient and useless.
I am not able to submit sign nor out
This app gona me lose my Nci’s. 2 weeks not able to sign in or out. The submit area won’t work. And they don’t answer their call 4 waiting on call with no answer.
