Equivalent to owning a cat
It’s a great app, when it works well. It often freezer, crashes and doesn’t load properly. It’s like owning a cat, it will give you everything you need but only on its own terms.

obviously reviews are not vetted. found a child care that we used to use with amazing reviews. problem is most of the reviews were all written by management and staff, as well as family and friends that never attended. What a scam this app is, and disgraceful that the Hive Geelong is acting so fraudulently

Ultimate Childcare Experience
This is the easiest and most intuitive way to look for childcare in Australia, the experience is amazing.
App constantly freezes
App freezes on the location search screen constantly. Also shows a vastly different search area than the postcode you type in. I typed in my postcode and selected suburb area and it gave me search results over 50km away instead. Has potential to be a great app but for now it’s super clunky and need an IT support team ASAP

I emailed a couple of day care places and no ones replied. Perhaps this app doesn’t get updated?
Not accurate indication of quality
I’ve searched the centres in the area I’m from and it’s clearly not an accurate indication of quality. Not sure where you get your information from but I don’t believe any of the ratings I read. You need to change your system of getting your information for ratings.
Rubbish - kept on freezing.

Misleading
This app is very misleading. They base it on Google reviews instead of the actual kindy ratings. They have a kindy that is exceeding in all 7 areas as below their good.
This means Kindy’s that are not doing well but have more reviews will be made out to be better then a kindy that’s actually is good and exceeding. This app either should be shut down or they start rating on actual kindy ratings then stupid unreliable Google reviews

Easy to use app! Love the subsidy calculator
Subsidy calculator allows me to search for childcare centres that are within my budget and are close to my home. Also love the quality ratings on centre’s !! Love this app

Easy to use with tonnes of Value
Finally an easy to use app to help sort through all the childcare providers. Love the score and comments, but the added benefit of being able to communicate with providers through the app is sensational.
