Does not load

Whenever you try to open the app in the Tuesday sale, the whole app gets jammed and even right now, I can see 2 items in my cart but when i open my cart, it does not open only, gets stuck on the loading page then after a while it’ll say no products in cart continue shopping. This app cannot handle people at once. And now I’ve ordered the Etude lip gloss from the tuesday sale. And they’re saying that I cancelled the order and giving me refund. I don’t want a refund, I want my lip gloss from Tuesday sale. Why’d y’all even accept the order if it is “out of stock”

In my personal opinion its One of the worst app please don’t use it

I ordered one product on nov 25 its been dec 7th still now I didn’t get the product and I informed them no response from there support team I can’t even open my account in that open and i try to cancel it and no refund i get the app is just waste for money

Do not buy anything from this app. It scams people,delays the date of delivery,sends the wrong product and does not do anything about it and they keep on delaying your problem until and unless your grievance is submitted in the National customer grievance no.

Payment Taken, No Order Confirmation

I paid ₹50 on Kindlife through their Tuesday sale, and the money was deducted successfully (I even have the payment receipt). But the app never showed me a valid order ID or confirmation, and when I tried entering the ID it gave me, it said “incorrect.” I only received a payment success email, nothing about my actual order.
I also tried contacting support, but the emails listed don’t seem reliable, and I haven’t received any proper response. This feels unprofessional and misleading. If a brand claims to be trustworthy, the least they can do is process the payment correctly or refund it.

Honestest review ever

The app is very frustrating it doesnt function properly too
They’ll give a tuesday sale where you get products at 1rs worth 500 or smthng it goes out of stock real quick buy by any chance i successfully purchased it before hand and all they did after 2 days of constant confirmation of receiving my product they canceled it and refunded the amount to me.
I constantly complained through help desk that i don’t want refund i haven canceled it , they assured me that i would receive my product again and again yet they canceled my product without asking me and refunded

Love everything about the kindlife app!
