Absolutely Obsessed
I absolutely love shopping from Little Box! The quality and variety of their clothes are amazing, and I genuinely love their dresses, tops, and pretty much everything they have. What I appreciate even more is their customer service—the team was incredibly quick to respond and was always ready to help me with whatever I needed. THEY ARE FRAUD!!
I recently ordered a dress from Littlebox because it looked gorgeous and premium in the product photos. When it arrived, the material was shockingly cheap and flimsy.
This was supposed to be a gift for a friend, and since I was running out of time, I decided to return it and buy something offline instead. I initiated the return, and to my annoyance, they charged a ₹99 return fee—penalizing me for an issue that was entirely their poor quality control. I swallowed the loss anyway because I needed the cash back in my bank account.
Instead of refunding my original payment method, they issued the refund as store credit.
What is the logic here? If I wanted to buy something else from them, I would have just opted for a standard exchange and saved the ₹99 fee. Now I’ve lost ₹99 on return charges and I’m stuck with store credits for a brand whose quality I no longer trust.

The clothes looked very similar to the pictures shown on the app, which was a pleasant surprise. The fabric quality was decent for the price, and the fit was accurate according to the size chart. I especially liked the modern designs and stylish collection.
Delivery took a little longer than expected, but the products arrived in good condition. Overall, if you’re looking for fashionable and budget-friendly clothing, Littlebox is definitely worth trying. I would order from them again.
