I’ve purchased around 6–7 tops from Littlebox so far, and my experience has been consistently good. The prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. The fabrics feel nice, the designs are trendy, and everything I’ve received matched the pictures quite well.
Delivery was also smooth, and I didn’t face any major issues with sizing or stitching. Overall, it’s a great option if you’re looking for affordable and stylish clothing.

Good items but would think again before shopping
I ordered 4-5 items from Little box, this was my first purchase. Firstly they cancelled one of my orders after 6 days of showing that it’s on its way. 2-3 of the items came within 4 days but the last one took about 14 days an when I go to return it, I lose 99 rupees for Return???? It was mentioned no where and why would you put option, there are so many clothing brand apps where the return process is smooth and transparent. It’s like you are punishing your customer for not liking your product. Additionally, the app interface is horrible. It’s slow, it’s confusing, it feels like the app is figuring out its own way while you are using it. I had to retry 8 times before being able to return a product. Overall these issues made my experience bad otherwise would have ordered again

There was one instance where my parcel got delayed, and I felt quite disappointed at that time. However, their team handled the situation well and provided me with a refund without much hassle.

It’s the best clothing brand
I recently bought a few pieces from Little Box, and I am absolutely in love with my order! The clothing matches the trendy, Pinterest-aesthetic perfectly and looks exactly like the pictures online. FRAUD ALERT!!!!!
They have really poor customer service and secondly their app is always glitching and signing you out. I haven’t received my order yet at the promised date and they are not even refunding the money. I did not even apply for a refund and they said that ‘we have started to process your refund’ and I was like okay, I don’t need the dress so badly. I checked today and they said that they have refunded the money and the process is done. I have not yet received the money and my order was over ₹2000. I am hugely disappointed and frustrated at this point because they don’t even have a proper customer care number. No do they have a email that is working nor are they replying to my messages on Facebook and Instagram. I don’t know what to do at this point. I need that money back.

I just tried little box and see that outfits that Just melt ur heart! Such a beautiful collection available now of summer and I just purchased some tops and dress from the app! They are just superb! And if we talk about price and quality then price is not much too high if u are looking for a better quality and the quality of clothes just superb and fittings are too good , just a comfort vibe ❤️. I just say to all who are afraid of using such type of brands just try it you will never regret at Littlebox outfits just got for it 🫶🏻

first off all they don't have return policy....still if we order it taking a risk just hoping that it will look good, and the material is better with the price but nooo & now u cannot return it..u are totally cooked...then i tried to exchange it with other product..…so i should be given the refund right?... No since you sale from B1G1 sale Also they deduct the money if you tried to return the product and give you the stupid useless voucher ....the littlebox is A FRAUD....even MEESHO is better than this...they have return policy & also give refund. Dont go with the reviews they are completely sponsored
