Needs more integration with IOS settings
I can’t find this app listed within location services so that I can turn the services on or off. I did not allow location access during installation, and I can’t find any doors to open. Bluetooth is connected to the app but can’t find any kin devices to which I have permissions.
I tried deleting the app to re-install it but that did not work as expected. Never asked me about location access. So if it is truly needed then I am screwed!

Severely interfered with AirPod connectivity
I installed this app today and after enabling Bluetooth my AirPods could not stay connected for more than a few seconds. I tried resetting iPhone and even installed the latest SW update which had become available today. No change. I tried 2 different sets of AirPods and 2 separate iPhones. There is no setting to conveniently turn off the Bluetooth in the App so I had to disable Bluetooth in the Apps settings. Poorly designed interface and poor quality testing.

Works well
So far this has worked well for me and given me reliable access to the doors I need to use.
Easy access
This has gone very well with the install and transgression from fobs to Kindoo. We have more control of our buildings and can view who is accessing the buildings. Easy management for access.

Super easy to use
I’m not usually great with technology, but the Kindoo system and the app are surprisingly easy to use. Everything is simple and straightforward, and I think the idea behind it is really cool.

Thank you for your report. Kindoo requires the ability to emit Bluetooth signals, which MacBooks do not allow for applications running on their operating system. If you are a manager or an admin, you can still access Kindoo through a web browser; however, you will not be able to open doors using your MacBook.

Works with existing strikes! Easy to setup and manage
As a professional who’s worked with access management systems for over two decades, Kindoo is hands down the future of access management. It was easy to switch our company to Kindoo and set everything up. The best part is the fact that it works with existing electric strikes, so we didn’t need to replace any hardware!

Worst UI/UX Ever…app often does not work
If I could give this a 1/8 of a star I would. This is the absolute worst app to control a door I’ve ever used. Very debilitating.
