Opaque Fees and Hurdles to Withdraw Your Funds
Please save yourself a headache. They currently have a terrible reputation for freezing accounts and not honoring access to your funds. Fees are not disclosed until you are trying to withdraw. I started with them years ago before they were this way. Things have gone downhill. Find somewhere else. I will be filing a complaint at several agencies to get banned from operating in the US.

I’m big into the crypto space and always wanted to find crypto backed by precious metals, so this is an amazing find for me, always do your own research but my research shows me that this isn’t a Ponzi scheme or anything of the sort.

Constantly has bugs, is incredible slow for access your $$$.
This most recent update has my login in a loop. It says I need to download the newest update. I did, but the app keeps opening me up to the App Store.
For an app that handles money you need to test out your updates before rolling them out.
Logging in is incredible slow as well.
All of these things need to be fixed and improved

2FA not working
When I try to enter the code Kinesis sent to my phone, it enters inside the submit button. I can’t submit the code I enter. So I can’t use Kinesis on my iPhone.
Earn a yield for holding precious metals!
With the holders yield I earned 6.9% on the precious metals I held in my account last year! I love the idea of a sound money system and look forward to this growing throughout the world. More and more people and other countries are waking up and realizing how we are devaluing our currency and are looking to diversify into other assets. Identity requirements are excessive, even by usual KYC/AML standards. Not everyone wants to submit selfies with handwritten notes.
Read their T&C thoroughly. It absolves them of most liabilities in potential loss scenarios.

Sound Money!
Love the service and will probably be doing the majority of my banking with this app now. I can’t believe how game-changing this when I realized what sorts of doors this opens up for saving and investing sound money.
The only thing that would make this perfect would be for you guys start offering credit card/lending services, and maybe some retailer rewards for business that accept KAG/KAU.

There are glitches
At certain times, the prices don’t match up with other trading platforms. Also, there are certain times when it’ll not let me sell my coins especially when a dip occurs , only issue on the mobile app, not desktop. Will give an error 500 code.

It’s stable coin, a market, wallet, bonuses every time to do anything & soon...a debit card. The dollar has lost 97% of it’s value, actual historical money will not. Yes, the app is a little past beta stage but you get an actual salesperson assigned to you and there is a phone number if you have trouble. What crypto does this?
