update needed
the app is running slower and slower and i came to see if it needed a update, turns out it hasn’t been updated in over a year! security is one of those things that need to be constantly up to date. will be looking for a new brand

Camera recordings are slow to load and should not have to go thru all recordings to get to a certain date or time
Notifications
My alarm system have not been working for three days. The police have been to my house four times because I am not receiving any notifications. This needs to be fixed I have called nothing I have chatted nothing. I can’t set my alarm because I am not getting notifications. Please help!!!!! TODAY
Kinetic Home Security System
I really would like to recommend Kinetic Home Security System! They’re system comes within motion detection, cameras, and a mobile security remote that you can keep on your keys, paired with a central hub that connects through WI-FI, Ethernet and Mobile data as well, which is an awesome feature! I have been testing it out for a week now and really don’t have any complaints. Please be aware that for your equipment to work properly you have to make sure it is installed as directed and make sure your internet latency is under 100 if you aren’t aware of internet latency or don’t know what that is please google, that may be your most important task, that is your MOST IMPORTANT task. Other than making sure that is taken care of first you shouldn’t have any problems with equipment!

Sleek and Safe!
I loved this system from the moment I opened the box! Each of the different sensors and cameras were in a brightly colored box (green, purple, orange, blue). It came with a paper instruction guide that was easy to follow. I’m not very “tech savvy” but know how to use my phone, and the app was easy once I managed to login. Support was also very helpful when I called with questions. Looking forward to seeing how this new system performs but things are looking good so far.
