Will Trap You in a Long Term Contract
TLDR- This company care more about $$ than they do providing a quality product and trap you in long term contracts.
I tired Kinetisense out in my clinic in hopes it would streamline my evaluation process. Instead the app turned out to be clunky, and time consuming to operate. It takes too long to set up the patients profile, it was only accessible on my iPad not on my phone like I was told it would be during the sales meeting. The information it provided me with was not a useful tool for evaluation as the measurements I needed were either not shown or did not read accurately. Often the app failed to even record the test I was performing at all which is not what you want when your patient is in pain performing the test.
THE WORST PART: they trap you in a 24 month contract for which they will not release you from. I have tried their customer service with no success and am now stuck paying for something every month that is of 0 value. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. There are plenty of free alternatives on the marketplace that provide the same quality of information without the bait and switch long-term contracts.
