This app used to be fantastic, but updates from Sep 2025 is shocking- there is always error codes and issues

Your app never works and honestly speaking with consultants over the phone is quite tedious when I can just do a self service on the app which would be much quicker.
pretty useless app
You can’t apply for a new car quote. the doughnut of death circles. closing reopening restarting nd then asks for ID and where to send otp. it doesn’t do anything from there. geez i dont want a call centre agent to call me i just want to use the app and be without the robotic voice of a call centre agent
