You idiots made me download a 100+ megabyte app just to show an image that you’re moving apps?
You guys suck
You guys suck
Great
Love this app when I try to plan a trip to king’s island it tells me if it’s closed or not get it
Pay in wallet
Every time I try to add my credit card into the pay in the wallet it never works. I have completely deleted the app and restarted it. I put in all my information. It goes back to the main screen and says my wallet is empty.
Barely helpful
It displays already obvious information for the most part and I can’t even make an account because it refuses to send me any emails and also when it tried to make an account i used Apple password and It wouldn’t send me a code so i left then when I tried to do it again it said account already exists so I tried to log in but now I can’t use my password cuz idk it and I can’t reset my password cuz it won’t send me any emails.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Unsafe Ride + Misleading Wait Times = Terrible Experience
I honestly don’t understand how Kings Island is still operating some of these rides in the condition they’re in. I had one of the worst theme park experiences I’ve ever had here, and I’m genuinely disappointed because I expected better from a park this size and reputation.
Let’s start with The Racers — which was an absolute nightmare. First off, the seatbelt was so tight, I could barely breathe. I’m not exaggerating. It felt like it was cutting into my stomach the entire ride. I told the ride attendant it felt too tight, and all I got was a shrug and a quick, “That’s normal.” Well, if normal means feeling like you’re strapped into a medieval torture device, then sure.
Once the ride started, things got even worse. It was extremely rough, loud, and chaotic. I understand it’s a wooden coaster and they tend to be a little bumpier, but this one felt like it was actively trying to shake me apart. Every turn slammed me to the side, my back was jostled non-stop, and I honestly couldn’t wait for it to be over.
And just when I thought I was free — my seatbelt jammed and wouldn’t come off. I was literally stuck in the seat while everyone else walked away. I waved down an employee who eventually came over and unlatched it manually, with zero urgency and no apology. It made me wonder how often this actually happens. The whole experience felt unsafe and outdated. I left that ride feeling bruised, sore, and frustrated.
As if that wasn’t enough, we also tried to ride The Beast, and that was its own letdown. The wait time on the Kings Island app said 15 minutes, which seemed manageable. But by the time we got there and got in line — we ended up waiting over 32 minutes. I don’t mind waiting for rides, but when your app says 15 and it turns out to be more than double that, it just feels dishonest. We planned our day around the posted times, and that completely threw things off.
I came to Kings Island expecting a fun day full of thrills, but instead I got inaccurate information, unsafe rides, and staff who didn’t seem to care. If this is what they consider acceptable in 2025, I won’t be coming back — and I won’t be recommending it to anyone either.
Do better, Kings Island.
