No back button
I need to correct my email but there is no back button to re-enter my correct email
SMS Code - No response!!
Bought the tickets but can't access the tickets on the App as the SMS code never turns up and no 2 min follow up call .... ok going digital but it doesn't work and no human to speak too🤷♂️
Rubbish App
This app is total rubbish. Won’t let me order my ticket. Keeps putting 2 junior tickets in the basket and then charges £5 for delivery? When I’m ordering it online. I end up ringing the ticket office every time . 😡😡
Where are my ticket
Tickets don’t appear in the app. There appears to be absolutely no way of sorting this out other than going through the customer services. Really poor.
Update isn’t working
I can see my tickets, my app is done. The app keeps sending me reminders to update to the latest version (it is) to make sure my tickets are there. So you click to update, and it says the update is not available and try later. Which turns into a circle of the app notifying then the update not available. And the App Store says it’s the current version.
Ignore the app notifications and go into the app separate from them- and what do you know, I can see my tickets.
Horrendous waste of time.
