App does not connect to the Dashcam and keeps saying it isn’t compatible
When we first connected the app to the dashcam it worked perfectly fine and connected great. But once we turned it off and tried to connect it again it kept giving an error message saying it wasnt compatible with the car. This made no sense as it ran fine before but now suddenly won’t work. App is absolute trash. Dashcam is great but update the app or don’t advertise it because this is the worst app I’ve used. Also when we first tried to connect it to the WiFi it took over 20 tries just to connect and now it won’t work on my phone. UPDATE YOUR TRASH APP.

No wifi connection
The camera works and looks great but what's the point in your app doesn't connect to the phone via wifi

Cannot playback recording files download but in a .ts file format clic player does not work.
