SCAM!!!
It’s been already 25 hours since payment was processed and still two tickets haven’t been issued. Customer service keeps asking to wait for Lufthansa airlines’ confirmation. They don’t even allow to cancel the booking to refund the payment by claiming that they will need to wait for another confirmation of cancellation from Lufthansa. I risk to miss a flight and my hospital appointment if I cannot receive refund to rebook a ticket which is for much higher since I lost a lot time waiting for this cheater company.

The biggest scam on earth they text you immediately over WhatsApp and in my case they changed the price without my consent… never ever had I ever experienced something like that ! Even Google is saying that there are pure scam so just pay more somewhere else!

Finger weg!!! Der bisherige Fall der Buchungsbearbeitung war bereits hochgradig unseriös - Flug gebucht, Buchungscode plötzlich ungültig, nach langer Nachfrage neuen erhalten. Es fliegt ständig die Ungewissheit mit, wird alles gut gehen?
Doch das war noch längst nicht alles:
Ein Anruf bei Lufthansa hat nun ergeben, dass eine Teilstrecke auf ein Avianca-Ticket lautete. Und das gesamte Ticket auf einen anderen vietnamesischen Namen mit US-Telefonnummer ausgestellt war.
Der Sache weiter nachgegangen hieß es: bei Hin- und Rückflug handelte es sich ursprünglich um ein Meilen-Bonusticket im Wert von 40 Euro, wo der Name geändert und das dann anscheinend für das über Zehnfache durch Kissandfly wieder an mich verkauft worden ist.
Meilen gab es für mich daher nicht. Ich hätte daher keinen Anspruch.
Wie kann das sein???
Weil also jemand mit krimineller Energie ein Meilenbonusticket verbotenerweise weiterverkauft, erhalte ich also keine Meilen. So einen offensichtlichen Betrug habe ich noch nie erlebt!

If you want to buy a flexible ticket you’ll pay 50$ extra but at the time of changing the flight they apply what they call fare rules. No changes can be made or refund. If you want to change your flight because refund is not possible at all on your flexible ticket the you need to pay for the fare rules fee that is 130$ plus some other fees. So at the end you end up paying for a flexible ticket that you want be able to change if you don’t pay more than what you paid for the ticket.

The worst app ever!
Not bad but not great
Want to leave a positive review since most on here are negative. To give some people a peace of mind. I booked a flight through this company since my original flight got cancelled. I was kind of in a rush, so it didn't help that payment took 2 hours to process and then another 5 hours to receive my ticket that was departing on the same day. Not to mention, the airline I was booked with had a hard time pulling up my info online. But here i am, on the flight and no issues from here. So hopefully you are not as in a rush as i am, but just putting it out there that these tickets do exist and I got on my flight.

Update 10/25: never got refunded. DO NOT USE. When at the airport, the airline told me my tickets were not valid because the booking agency was fraudulent. They never issued a refund.

If I could give negative stars I would. They take other peoples points to use towards your flight. If the other person notices their points missing they will cancel your flight without telling you. They take your credit card information and do god knows what with it. Again, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!

They didn’t tell me that they would delay for my confirmation for 24 hrs until I paid fully, and no contact at all. Tried calling not working. Tried chatting can’t connect to human yet. The worst ticket seller ever. Stay away from this app. Try to avoid this app.
It’s a scam……. They sold me ticket from another persons name and point which is illegal to do it when I try to check is that’s not allowed me and when I reach out the airline desk in the airport they told me this ticket is not on your name so you can’t fly and I bought another ticket, and still they can’t refund me yet am still waiting.

Si vous tentez de vous faire rembourser vous allez tout simplement vous faire ignorer ou parler à un bot qui ne comprend absolument rien.

Not good
Couldnt access my tickets because the link doesnt work. Support agents dont help or dont exist at all; you will be waiting forever to get any kind of response. I was able to use the Airline’s official app to check in using the confirmation code which Kissandfly provided, so thankfully you can retrieve your info eventually and they didnt completely scam me since the ticket is real. But the app and website are sus, and not being able to access my tickets made things more stressful than they needed to be

Booked a flight. Promised ticket issuance time is 3-24 hours. 36 hours later, 3 chats with customer support agents, still not issued or booked. DO NOT USE THIS OTA.

NO DEVUELVEN DINERO
Compré unos vuelos en esta página. Me los confirmaron y pasadas unas horas me cancelaron la confirmación por no quedar vuelos a ese precio. Para mi sorpresa, una semana después sigo sin recibir mis 800€. Por mucho que llames y mandes correos electrónicos te dicen que el dinero está desbloqueado y que están tratando de solucionarlo. Hasta que no tenga una solución no pienso borrar esta reseña. OJO CON COMPRAR AQUÍ.

Hola mi nombre es Marc Fernández y viajo mucho debido a mi trabajo. Compré un vuelo a Frankfurt y esta gente me lo cambió de día, después me mandó erróneamente las fechas y acabé perdiéndolo. Perdi mi vuelo y mi dinero y para reclamar me pidieron 30 e! Por tramitar un reembolso que seguramente después me denegarían querían 30 e más… enserio, no merece la pena intentar volar con ellos
